How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your card to arrive for a specific occasion.
Can I include a personalized message inside my Lovepop card?
Yes! You can choose to add a custom printed message and even a photo to most of our cards. Our team will handle the printing and can even mail the card directly to your recipient.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How are Lovepop cards made?
Our cards are designed using Korigami, a blend of the ancient art of origami and sliceform structure. Each piece is laser-cut and then hand-assembled to ensure the highest quality and detail.
Do I need special postage to mail a Lovepop card?
Most of our standard 5x7 cards require two first-class stamps (or a 'non-machinable' surcharge) due to the weight and thickness of the 3D sculpture inside.
What payment methods do you accept?
